Preparing for takeoff

Before we can start our work we need a platform. A brand that we can use to reach out and act like this isn’t a one man operation.

This post will be online before the official publishing of the website. I’m still thinking about a name. I was thinking about an acronym? All the cool projects at NASA are acronyms for something. The current idea is something along the lines of “BIMFA”, short for “Biomimicracy in Falconry”. Not the best, I know.

As for the research aspect, I’ve looked into some organizations relative to our field of research. There’s a bird sanctuary near me who have a falcon. I could also schedule an interview with someone from the Falcon Hospital in Doha, Qatar. They could tell us about how feathers are replaced and give some insight into how an artificial feather would work.
